By accessing or using Webdesly Projects at project.webdesly.com, you agree to these Terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Webdesly Projects is a multi-tenant project management product for Real Estate teams first. Features may change as we iterate. Early access or free-tier availability may be limited or discontinued with notice where practical.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep credentials secure and respect workspace access rules.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
• Ensure you have rights to data and files you store in the workspace.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” during early MVP stages. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
