Webdesly Projects is operated by Webdesly (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use project.webdesly.com.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, and authentication data.
- Workspace data you enter: projects, tasks, comments, labels, and uploaded files.
- Necessary technical data: session cookies (to keep you signed in), IP address, browser type, and basic security logs.
- Optional anonymous product analytics (Vercel Web Analytics — page views only, not advertising), only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we use data
We use your information to provide and secure the product, authenticate users, send transactional emails (invitations, password resets), and — only with consent — measure anonymous traffic to improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Storage & processors
Data is hosted with infrastructure providers such as Neon (database, auth, object storage) and Vercel (app hosting). They process data only to provide their services.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA (or similar jurisdictions), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting necessary service cookies.
